Built On A Solid Foundation

It started thirty years ago although we had no idea we would be where we are today.  No idea but extremely grateful for every up and down.  David was working for a local heating and cooling company as a hvac technician and Kristyn was working as a recruiter.  We didn't know of each other at the time.  Fast forward twenty years and much more experience, the two crossed paths and started a relationship.  The two couldn't think more differently, the two couldn't have further opposite skills and talents, and the two couldn't work more differently. Where he is strong, she lacks strength and where she is talented, he struggles. 

 
He took his twenty years of experience and contacts and he formed D&B Handyman and shortly after, she formed a contracting company K&D Total Home Works.  They soon realized neither one of the companies was proppering as it could.  This is when the two opposite thinking minds came together, bringing customers, contacts, and vendors as one and DB Property Solutions was formed.  

The Formula

Over the years, we have colaborated with many individuals and companies, making every effort to build a strong working relationship.  We support them, competitor or not, and they support us.  We have found that growth comes from building others up and in return they have done the same.  No one company can do it all and those that try are limiting their potential.  We have built this company by fostering kindness, compassion, and a helping attitude towards others, as well as, a passion for bettering the community we live in.  We value family, friends, and above all else, we keep our faith thanking God for everything in our lives, good or bad.  God is our CEO, we are just supervisors.
